Dolphin Cruise

Watch pods of spinner dolphins leap and play in their natural habitat.

The waters around Ari Atoll are home to large pods of spinner dolphins — named for their acrobatic spinning leaps that can reach two meters above the water.

Our dolphin cruise departs in the late afternoon when the dolphins are most active, returning from deep-water feeding grounds to the shallower atoll channels. Pods of 50 to 200 dolphins are common, and when they're in a playful mood, the display is extraordinary — dozens of dolphins leaping, spinning, and racing alongside the boat.

We approach pods respectfully, cutting the engine when close and drifting alongside. The dolphins are curious and often come to investigate the boat, surfing our wake and leaping just meters away. The experience is pure joy — there's no one who doesn't smile watching dolphins play.

The cruise also offers beautiful views of the atoll as the afternoon light softens. You may spot flying fish, sea turtles, or even the occasional manta ray breaking the surface. The boat returns as the sun sets, often passing through channels painted gold by the fading light.

This is one of our most popular excursions and suitable for all ages, including young children.
